Initially developed in labs at Harvard and MIT, then in our own first-of-its-kind manufacturing facility, Foodberry was created by scientists and engineers striving to spur impactful change in our food system. With this technology, we aimed to help resolve two of the most difficult challenges our food system faces today: How to make convenient, craveable foods without compromising nutrition quality, and how to reduce plastic packaging across the food and beverage landscape.
